FINLAND SAUNA
In the self-build log house, we have a Finnish sauna at the foot of the mountain. Take a relaxing sauna bath and listen to the babbling of the stream and the birds. When you do the sauna, you will hear the sound of the water splashing and evaporating, and the pleasant hot air and the aroma of homemade aromas will waft through the air.
The water used to pour on the sauna stones comes from a spring stream.
A sauna where you can enjoy "loyly," a process in which water is poured onto heated sauna stones to generate steam.
It is said that being exposed to steam increases the perceived temperature and increases sweating.
The effects can be further enhanced by using "Aufguss", in which the steam generated by the loyly is showered on the guest by holding it with a towel.
Reservations required - a space that can be enjoyed by a small number of people.
