OUR FARM

This building is a valuable historical structure dating back approximately 350 years, and is a valuable example of the history of Honmune-zukuri architecture, spanning the mid- to late-modern period.

The beams, pillars, and fixtures of the main building were renovated, while retaining the traditional Japanese atmosphere.

It is a special space that combines Western antiques, Japanese antiques, modern lighting and chairs scattered throughout the space.

The land surrounding the building, about 16,000m2, was cleared and the crops were planted on the vast land, creating an ideal environment for growing crops.

Damask rose. The farm is JAS certified .

In the peak season, the roses are harvested and used for rose water and oil.

Distillation. The scent of roses fills the facility.

In spring, the snow melts and greenery peeks through, and the landscape is filled with cherry blossoms.

In summer, the rose garden is surrounded by lush greenery and in full bloom.

In autumn, the leaves of the trees turn red and color the whole area, and chestnuts and mushrooms are harvested from the mountains...

In winter, the world turns silvery white and is enveloped in silence.

In a day where our senses are stimulated, we can feel at ease by connecting with nature through plants.

May it bring you some pleasant moments.

Rediscover your inner nature and create an environment that supports it

May it become a way to nourish your vitality.
